THE PROBLEM
An independent clinic juggled an off-the-shelf scheduler, paper intake forms, and a separate reminder service. Patients fell through the cracks between systems, and the front desk spent the morning re-keying the same information three times.
WHAT WE BUILT
We scoped a tight MVP around the clinic's actual day: online booking, a digital intake form that flows straight into the patient record, and automated SMS reminders. Built and validated with the front-desk team running it live.
THE RESULT
Automated reminders cut no-shows by 45%, and unifying intake saved the front desk roughly two hours a day. The clinic is now rolling the platform out to a second location.
